Programs are supported by documented quality procedures within Delon’s ISO 22716-certified cosmetic GMP quality system and product-specific controls.
The in-house regulatory and artwork teams support formula, label, claims and documentation review for applicable FDA and Health Canada requirements.

Delon’s manufacturing heritage dates to 1914. Across two integrated Montréal-area operations, 265,000 square feet of capacity, 18 production lines and more than 150 mixing and holding tanks support development, manufacturing, packing, warehousing and B2B delivery.
Programs are supported within Delon’s ISO 22716-certified cosmetic GMP quality system. Delon is FDA registered and registered with and licensed by Health Canada as applicable. Product classification, claims, documentation and destination-market requirements are reviewed for each program.
