SPECIALTY PRODUCT MANUFACTURING
Delon manufactures selected specialty products in Canada, including deodorant formats, natural oils, tea tree products and selected pet-care formats.
Start with an established formula platform, develop a custom formula with Delon’s in-house R&D team or bring a qualified product brief for technical review.
Delon can review an established formula, raw materials, process, specifications, packaging and quality requirements for transfer into commercial production.
Manufacturing, filling, labelling, coding, packing, quality and regulatory support can be coordinated through one experienced B2B team.
Current capabilities include the products and formats below. The formula, components, claims and market requirements are reviewed for each program.
Delon’s manufacturing heritage dates to 1914. Across two integrated Montréal-area operations, 265,000 square feet of capacity, 18 production lines and more than 150 mixing and holding tanks support development, manufacturing, packing, warehousing and B2B delivery.
Applicable programs are supported by Delon’s GMP-certified quality system and its ISO 22716 certification for cosmetics GMP. Delon is FDA registered and Health Canada compliant. Its in-house regulatory department reviews product classification, claims, documentation and destination-market requirements for each program.
Delon manufactures selected deodorant formats, natural oils and tea tree products for your brand. Discuss your formula and packaging with our team, whether you need private label or contract manufacturing. We review the intended use and destination-market requirements before confirming the program.
Our specialty capabilities also include selected pet-care formats, personal lubricants, ethyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol products. Tell us the specific product you need. Formula, packaging, intended use and market requirements are assessed for that product; availability is not a blanket offer across every format.
